This page describes site management practices with regard to processing of personal data of users accessing the site. Processing of data collected through this site's web services is carried out at AQUA CHEM S.r.l.'s registered business address by dedicated data processing personnel or by persons responsible for occasional site maintenance.
No data collected through web services will be divulged or disclosed to third parties.
Personal data provided by visitors requesting advertising material and/or other information will be used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or work required, and will be disclosed to third parties only if relevant to this purpose.

During the normal course of their functioning, the IT systems and software procedures used to manage this website automatically acquire personal data whose transmission is implicit in Internet communication protocols. While the data in question is not collected with the purpose of associating information with identified parties, its nature is such that processing and matching with data held by third parties could result in user identification. The data collected includes IP addresses and domain names of the computers with which users access this website, uniform resource identifiers (URIs) for the resources requested, time of request, method used to submit request to server, size of file received in response, numerical code indicating server reply status (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT landscape. Said data is used for the sole purpose of collecting anonymous statistical data on site use and checking correct function, and is erased immediately after processing. This data may also be used to ascertain liability in the event of illegal computer activities against the website.

Data provided voluntarily by users
E-mailing the addresses given on this website is an explicit, aware, voluntary action resulting in acquisition of the sender's address in order to respond to the enquiry, and acquisition of any other personal data included in the message. Relevant brief privacy notices will be repeated on different website pages dealing with the various customized services.

Cookies
No personal data belonging to users is intentionally acquired by the site. Cookies are not used for the purpose of transmitting data of a personal nature, nor are any so-called persistent cookies used in order to track users.
Session cookies are erased when the browser is closed and are therefore not permanently retained on the user's hard disk. They consisting of casual/random numbers generated by the server with the sole purpose of session identification to ensure safe and efficient site navigation.
The session cookies used on this website prevent acquisition of users' personally identifying information without resorting to alternative ITC techniques which carry greater privacy risks.

The right to withhold information
